Mr. Srinivas K is passionate football coach and founder of Royal India Football Academy. He discovered his passion for football at the age of 16, eventually turning it into a profession. With a background in marketing, he has accumulated 25 years of playing experience with various clubs and has successfully organized tournaments for players under 18 and under 40.
A certified coach, Mr. Srinivas is not just a defensive wall but a formidable weapon on the field. His coaching philosophy is built on hard work, technical superiority, and mental strength as the foundation of a successful footballer. He prioritizes teaching players how to think on the field, anticipate situations, and adapt to different in-game scenarios.
Mrs. Nagaveena Mogera is co-founder of Royal India Football Academy. She is comes from a business management background, inspired by her father(a successful businessman). She holds a master’s degree and has over six years of experience in administration, counseling, and management within the education sector. Beyond her professional expertise, she is passionate about dance, yoga, and karate.
Football is more than just a sport to me—it’s a way of life. As a dedicated coach, my mission is to develop young players by honing their technical skills, enhancing their tactical understanding, and instilling a lifelong passion for the game. ❖ With over five years of coaching experience, I have worked with various clubs, gaining valuable insights into player development at different levels. Holding an AFC C License and an AIFF D License, along with specialized certifications in goalkeeping and scouting, I design training programs tailored to individual player needs. ❖ Currently, I run structured football training programs focused on grassroots development. My sessions emphasize skill-building, football fitness, and game intelligence, helping players unlock their full potential. I believe in fostering a positive, disciplined, and growth-oriented environment where young athletes can thrive and progress toward professional opportunities. ❖ Through football, I aim to inspire, mentor, and shape the next generation of players—helping them excel not just on the field, but also in character and sportsmanship.
